11. Shine the Light Law — California Civil Code § 1798.83

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If our practices change, we will update this Notice accordingly.

We continue to monitor regulatory developments in this area.

We may update this California Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or regulatory guidance.
